Ambulance Bills
A 3rd party handles all ambulance transport billing. To request information regarding your bill, submit insurance information, or request a copy of your bill please contact:

Fire Report Request
If you are an insurance company requesting a fire report please send a request with the client’s name and address of incident. Include a $10 check made out to the Newington Fire Department. Requests should be sent to:

Ambulance Records Request
If you are an attorney requesting an ambulance run sheet and/or a bill, please send the request on attorney letterhead with the client’s name, date of birth, date and address of incident. Include an affidavit signed by the patient authorizing the release of health information and a $10 check made out to the Newington Fire Department. Requests should be sent to:
